When will my eGift Card arrive?
Your eGift Card will be delivered as soon as our system processes your order, generates a unique code, and sends the email. You should receive an email from Nippon Kodo with your eGift Card shortly after completing checkout. If you do not receive this email within an hour of placing your order, please reach out to our Customer Experience team here and we will be happy to assist you.
Can I change the gift message or email on my eGift Card?
Because eGift Cards are sent immediately after your order is completed, changes to the recipient’s email address or gift message may be limited. If you notice an error, please contact our Customer Experience team as soon as possible, and we will do our best to help.
