Gentle and no overpowering scent. Will certainly buy again

I received a sample of Deitanseki Clay Facial Bar along with a purchase of Nippon Incense from Nippon Kodo Store. My first introduction to clay charcoal facial bars has been a delightful surprise along with unexpected complexion results. Gentle cleansing along with facial pore reduction and reparation from past sun effects has convinced me to keep this product in my daily facial cleansing routine.

i love deitanseki soap. it smells amazing, the scent and using the awa net adds joy to my skincare routine. my skin feels so clean, but not tight. i used to use this all the time and fell out of it and i noticed the difference in my skin not long after. will buy in bulk.

The scent of this soap is reminiscent of the incense I purchase from Nippon Kodo. The netting allows for big foam, so the bars last a long time! My combination skin seems to be evening out after a few weeks of use. I am much happier with this bar than any bottled facial cleanser, with the bonus of reduced waste containers!

Just the most perfect face soap I have ever used. My face feels so clean and not a bit dry. It also smells wonderfully reminiscent of my calligraphy set.

I do not use the awa netting.
