Rabbit shaped burner. Good for a stick or a cone. Comes with a holder, cannot be used with ash. Made out of Seto ware (seto-yaki, a type of Japanese pottery and ceramics produced in the city of Seto, Japan), with a light crackle glaze and blue details. The rabbit sits on a removable base which holds both stick and cone incense.

* No two handmade pieces will be alike. The beauty of pottery and ceramics is that each piece has its own character and charm. They will be uniquely different, each telling the story of its maker and crafting process.

Wonderfully crafted . Absolutely a beautiful piece , wroth the money . I initially purchased this for my late passed younger brother’s shrine . As he’s been needing a burner for the sage I burn for him every day .
Along with the fact that he is the rabbit sign . I thought this would be a lovely gift for him and my way to pay even more respect to him .
But I would keep in mind that it is delicately made , you would have to be very careful when handing it . Or placing it on other glass like surfaces .
Regardless it’s a wonderful piece that you won’t regret .
Comments have said you’re able to use both cones and sticks . Cones make sense as they sit on the square small piece , with the bunny over it .
I have not figured out how to use the incense sticks ,as the hole in the top of the bunny does not align with the hole for the burner square piece . But this is okay because removing the bunny , gives me a moment to acknowledge the piece separately.
Thank you nippon kodo !

Beautifully crafted

This bunny incense holder is the cutest and soothing object ever, I got one for myself and another one for a friend. I have it for a year now, and I can't be more please about it. It is really high quality and the details of the porcelaine are beautiful, the smoke come from a whole on the back and the structure at the bottom also has holes for the air to come in.
