Many years ago I was walking through San Francisco’s Chinatown when I noticed an amazing smell on the breeze. I literally followed my nose for over a block until I wound up in a shop that was burning Zuiun. I’ve had it in my home ever since that day!

I have bought this many times. It’s my all time favorite!!!! Worth the $

This is my favourite Aloeswood so far, having a well-balanced mixture of woody and perfumy scents that is potent and spicy without being overpowering. As of yet I can't tell that the same wood but 'select' version is necessarily superior when it comes to incense; some of the less expensive aloeswoods are quite lovely, and there seems to be a lot of variation where some have a hint of patchouli or matcha, but this one in my opinion has such a complexity to rival the taste palate of the fanciest bourbon.
