We're excited to unveil Nippon Kodo's first-ever Incense Advent Calendar!

Calendar contains 24 windows to help you countdown the days until Christmas with fragrance! This is a rare and wonderful opportunity to try many Nippon Kodo fragrances without committing to the whole package. You may even find some special items in here that you would never think to purchase on your own. All fragrances were hand-selected by our staff.

Most fragrances contain approximately 10 sticks each, with the exception of a few special ones that contain less (approx 1-3 sticks/pcs each). The last 3 windows are special items.

How to enjoy your Advent Calendar:

Open Window #1 on December 1st.
Open 1 window every day
The last window, #24 should be opened on December 24th, Christmas Eve.

How to open each window:

For best results, push your thumb down into the semi-circle tab. Then, run your nail down along either of the vertical perforated edges.

Amazing and valuable items!!

Loving it

Really enjoying the daily surprise and the daily ritual of lighting the incense. On day 12. So far there’s only been one I haven’t resonated with. I will probably want to do this again next year. The display is beautiful however I’m not a fan of big trademark displays. I covered the Nippon Kodo logo with flower sticker that blends in with the colors. Thank you for a lovely variety of incense for these cold grey days.

Advent Calendar

My husband gifted me this, and I love the different scents so far! Some scents have been ones that sold out in the past, but I get to try them now. Thank you for the variety of incense! I can't wait to see what the special items are.

What a nice presentation Nippon Kodo put together. I love the surprises in the daily box. What fun this is for me. Usually, it's the Grandchildren who get an advent calendar.

I am so happy that NK came out with an incense advent calendar! I am enjoying going through the days. Today’s Day 5 incense has won my heart. I can’t wait to keep discovering. I will give five stars next year when NK works out some of the logistics of the packaging. It is a great first effort.
