Friendly. Incense stick ends do get stuck in the small hole. I use tweezers to get them out.

It was a hit and the recipient loved it.

I do like my little crane incense holder, but I find that the last remnants of a stick of pure incense (not one with a bamboo core) always gets stuck! It can be really tough to get out, too. Because of that, I'll enjoy th one I have, but won't be getting another.

My little green crane arrived securely packaged and every detail is perfect. There are two things to be aware of with these crane holders: the hole can get stuff stuck in it and it will accumulate burnt residue around the hole. Both of these things are fixable.

Burnt marks will rub off when scrubbed with a damp cloth. If your incense stick wobbles around in the holder, you may need to use a toothpick or similar implement to unclog the hole. Your stick may also be too long/topheavy.

You will also need to use your own plate if you don't order one of the sets that come with one.
